1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. milk (bring to a boil)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp b.powder
1 tbsp butter/margarine
2 eggs

TOPPING:
3 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp milk
5 tbsp br. sugar
1 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well and gradually add sugar, beat until thick. Add vanilla.

Sift flour, b. powder and salt. Add to mixture beating well. Lastly add milk which has been brought to a boil with the butter.

Pour batter into a greased 9 x 9 pan and bake at 350. for 25-30 minutes. While still warm, spread with the following topping and brown under broiler.

TOPPING:
3 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp milk
5 tbsp br. sugar
1 c. coconut
