1 8 1/4 oz can crushed pineapple
1 3 oz pkg raspberry jello
1 16 oz can whole cranberries
1 tsp finely shredded orange peel
1 11 oz can mandarin oranges
1 cup whip cream (whipped)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserve juice. Add boiling water to reserved juice to make 1 cup. Dissolve jello in hot liquid. Stir in cranberries & orange peel. Chill until partially set.

Fold in orange sections, pineapple & jello/fruit mixture, into whipped cream. Pour into a 6 cup mold or any dish you like and chill until set. Unmold and garnish with frosted fruit or fresh holly and cranberries.

FROSTED FRUIT:
Break 1/2 lb green seedless grapes into small clusters, as well as fresh cranberries. Dip fruit into 1 beaten egg white. Drain and then dip into sugar to coat. Place on rack to dry and arrange as desired.

Any fruit may be used.
