3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. oats
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. M&M’s
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Lightly spray cookie sheets with non stick spray. In a large bowl, beat sugars and butter until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg; mix well. Add oats, flour and baking soda; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips, M&M’s and walnuts.

Spoon dough onto prepared cookie sheet suing 1/3 cup measuring cup (or no. 12 ice cream scoop). Place 6 cookies on each baking sheet; flatten slightly.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Cool 2 to 3 minutes on pans; remove to wire rack to cool completely. Makes 12 large cookies
