1 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
3 c. granola cereal or oatmeal
6 oz. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beating well. Sift dry ingredients together. Add gradually. Add vanilla, granola or oatmeal, and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoon-fulls on ungreased pan. Bake at 400º for 10-12 minutes.
