1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp dry mustard
1 garlic head, minced
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp seasoning salt
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup liquid honey
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp tabasco
2 tbsp worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook till soft. Add garlic and saute. Stir in dry mustard, ginger, oregano, seasoned salt and vinegar, cooking for 3 minutes. Stir in ketchup, honey, brown sugar, tabasco and worchestershire sauce.

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sauce may be covered and refrigerated for up to 1 week.

Makes 2 cups.
