1 pkg. of Chili mix ( the kind that comes with all the
premeasured packets. I like Gilley's)
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
4 cloves garlic crushed
2 cans chopped tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1 small can sliced jalopeno peppers
1 bottle beer ( I used Corona)
2 (16oz.) cans of Red Kidney beans

Brown ground beef and drain fat. Add all ingredients up
to beans. Simmer for 45 min. stirring occasionally. Add
beans and simmer for another 15 min.
Serve with grated cheese and more chopped onions.
