1 box Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix
Water, vegetable oil, eggs called for on brownie mix
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350ºF. Make brownies as directed for 13 x 9 inch pan and bake and cool completely. Beat together butter, brown sugar, sugar, milk, vanilla, and flour. Add 1 cup chocolate chips and than spread over the top of the brownies. Enjoy!
