Shred cabbage and remove center. Place cabbage in pot of water and bring to boil. Add pinch of salt. Drain Cabbage. In skillet, fry bacon. cut into pieces until crispy. Add cabbage and water to cover bring to boil and simmer till tender, sprinkle 2 tbsp. of sugar over cabbage with 1 tsp. of garlic powder.
