1/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. chocolate syrup
1/4 c. white corn syrup
peanuts

Mix together and beat until fluffy. Top with peanuts.

Years ago in Grinnell there was an Ice Cream Shoppe called Candyland. This topping was served over ice cream and was called a "Candyland". Cunningham Drug later served it at their fountain.
