10 to12 boneless chicken breasts (can use up to 15)
4 C. ketchup
1 bottle of your favorite barbeque sauce
3/4 C. brown sugar
3 T. soy sauce
4 T. Worcestershire sauce
4 T. cider vinegar
pinch of red pepper flakes (or more to taste)
4 cloves garlic (minced)

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix the bbq sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, cider vinegar, red pepper flakes and garlic. Place chicken in a slow cooker. Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts. Toss to coat. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or on high for about 4 hours. Shred chicken with forks. Cook another hour on low. Serve on rolls or over pasta.
Fills about 2 dozen buns. Also freezes easily for later.
