2 pints vanilla ice cream
1 24-oz. pkg. frozen store bought choc. chip cookie dough
3 oz. baking chocolate
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Let cookie dough defrost for 20 min. Press one pkg. of dough into bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 20 min. Cut the dough into 2 wide rectangles and then cut into strips to create sticks. Cut off the edges and put back into freezer.
Optional- Melt choc. and drizzle over bars.
