3-4 lbs. baby back or country-style spareribs
2 onions, sliced
16-24 oz. bottle of barbecue sauce
1/2 tsp. salt, optional
1/2 tsp. pepper, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ribs under the broiler. Slice into serving size pieces. Season with salt and pepper and place in slow cooker. Add onions and barbecue sauce. Cover. Cook on low 6 hours. These are good served with baked beans and corn on the cob.
