8 lbs. Brisket (washed)
2 onions, sliced
2 stalks of celery
1 teaspoon butter
1 can Heinz chili sauce
1 lg can peeled tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put brisket on rack in roasting pan. Mix all ingredients in bowl and put on top of brisket. Fill Heinz bottle full of water and pour around side and bottom of brisket.

Cook with lid off 325 degrees for 3 hours. Take out and pour beer all over everything, put lid on and cook for 3 more hours.
