2 tsp. vanilla
1 ¾ c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 tsp. baking powder
3 ½ c. flour

Directions:
Drop by ½ tsp. full onto a hot waffle iron. That’s right, you bake these on your waffle iron. Once cookies are done, you can sprinkle confectioners sugar on them.
