1 1/4 Cup all Purpose Flour
3/4 cup Aunt Nemima's Corn Meal
1/4 cup Sugar
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 1/4 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
1 Box Jiffy Mix Blueberry/Apple

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease Muffin Tin.
Combine dry ingredients. Stir in milk, oil, Jiffy Mix and egg.
Mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Pour batter into prepared pan.. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
