Ingredients:
1 cup self rising flour
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tablespoon Light mayonnaise

Directions:
Mix together. Grease or spray muffing tins. Spoon into muffin tins. Cook at 350 - 375 degrees until brown.

Easy cheese biscuits, put one spoon in muffin tin, put cubes of cheese, put another spoon on top.

makes 6 biscuits
