sugar
milk
homemade pie crust
butter (use 1 to 1 1/2 stick of margarine)
cinnamon
vanilla or lemon flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Make your own pie crust, needs to be thick. Put in small pizza pan and build up outside edge. Layer sugar on crust about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle cinnamon over sugar. Spoon milk over this until slightly soggy. Put pats of butter on top and mash into dough. Add a little vanilla flavoring. Put in 350º oven, when crust starts to rise and gets puffy mash down with fork. Cook until crust browns.

My grandmother Rutledge used to make this pie all the time and it was delicious. It taste a lot like Pizza Inn Stromboli.
Of course, Grandma never measured any thing, so I have had to guesstimate the amounts.
