1 Can Shoestring potatoes
2 Pkgs. Butterscotch chps
1 Tblsp. Peanut butter
1/2 Cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a double boiler or over a low heat.

DO NOT COOK

Remove from heat, add potatoe sticks and pecans. Drop onto wax paper by teaspoon and let cool. Takes about 5 minutes.

NOTE: Nuts can be eliminated. This recipe can also be made with semi-sweet chips instead of butterscotch just for variety.
