3 cans low sodium black beans, drained, 2 huge sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped in to sm bite sized pieces, 1 - 16oz can tomatoes, 1 - 8oz can tomato sauce, 1 - 6oz can tomato paste, 1 large onion chopped, 3 garlic cloves, chopped, 2 heaping tablespoons chili powder, 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 tablespoon oregano, 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt, few grinds of black pepper, 1/2 cup water
Mix all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on high 1 hour, stir, cook on low ???. Serve with brown rice or cornbread.
