4 boneless skinless chicken breast,

4 potatoes cut in to 4's (1 cut potato per meal),

24 mini carrots (6 per meal),

broccoli cuts (several per meal),

Dry French onion soup mix (1 tbsp per meal)


Directions:

Put each (one per packet) breast and veggies and sprinkle with 1 tbsp french onion soup mix. Double wrap this in foil packets and bake at 350 for about an hour.
