2 to 3 lbs boneless country style ribs
1 pkg Mccormick ag 'n season pork chop seasoning
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange opened cooking bag in 13x9 baking pan. Place ribs in bag.

Combine bag 'n season seasoning with remaining ingredients. Sprinkle seasoning blend evenly over ribs. Close bag loosely with nylon tie.

Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.

Bake in lower half of oven 1 1/2 hours. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut open bag and serve.
