2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c.plus 3 tbsp.flour
1 tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt
c. milk
3 tbsp. butter / oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla well. Sift together - flour, baking powder, and salt.

Heat to almost boiling point the milk and butter/oleo. Take off the burner and add the rest of ingredients. Bake at 400 dregees 15 to 20 min. in iron skillett. Serve with a pat of butter on each piece.
