1 (3 oz.) bottle Liquid Smoke
1 c. water
15 oz. can tomato sauce

1 T. Worcestershire

1/2 tsp. salt
Crusty rolls (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket in shallow baking pan (about same size as meat). Pour water in the pan. Sprinkle meat with Liquid Smoke. Bake in 350º oven for 2 hours. Mix tomato sauce, sugar, Worcestershire, lemon juice, pepper sauce & salt; spoon over brisket. Continue baking 1-1/2 to 3 hours or until fork-tender; basting occasionally. Meat will look black and charred, but will be tender and juicy. Slice thin or pull apart and serve with sauce on crusty hot rolls.

Personal Notes:
I usually start this about 1:00 pm to serve for dinner and the house smells great all afternoon while it cooks!
