1/2 to 2 lb. Beef

MARINADE INGREDIENTS:
1/3 c. Vinegar
1/4 c. Brown sugar
2 tbsp. Cooking oil
1 tsp. Garlic salt
1 tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/4 tsp. Pepper

SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
1/4 c. Ketchup
1 8 oz. can Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef into strips. Combine marinade ingredients in large bowl & mix well.
Add beef strips, stir & cover. Marinade in fridge at least 6 hrs or overnight.
Drain- SAVE MARINADE!
Brown beef in hot skillet 3-4 mins. Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients with reserved marinade.
Pour over beef strips and stir. Simmer 15-20 min or until tender.
Serve on a bun or over rice.
Green pepper & onion chunks may be added.

This recipe is best if time allows to marinade as suggested. However, I have made this in a pinch w/o marinading and it is still very tasty! I have also tried it with chicken instead of beef and still had success! Enjoy!
