Ingredients:  
7 hard cooked egg yolks
1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Rub yolks through sieve. Cream butter and sugar, add yolks and flour. Shape into loaves to chill. Slice and spread uncooked egg yolk mixed with 1 tsp. water. Sprinkle with sugar and nuts.

Bake in a slow oven until lightly brown.
