4 hard boiled egg yolks, mashed
4 raw egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1 c. unsalted butter
2 1/2 c. flour
few drops of almond extract
Directions:
Directions:
Take a small piece of dough and roll out 7" long and 1/2" thick (no more). Make it round in a circle and cross the ends, lapping 1/2" over ends. Brush with partly beaten egg whites and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in moderate oven 15 minutes.
