Ingredients:  
1/3 C. Dijon mustard
2 T. Olive oil
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 T. water
6 medium red skinned potatoes, cut into chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in 9x13x2" greased baking dish.
Mix all other ingridients and pour over potatoes.
Toss and spread in single layer.
Cver loosely with foil.
Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes.
Remove cover for final 10 minutes to brown.
