2 C. chopped mushrooms
1-1/2 C. diced broccoli florets
1 C. diced green pepper
1 C. shredded carrots
1/2 C. diced onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1# ground turkey breast
1 C. dry white wine
3 T. soy sauce
2 T mustard
3 large egg whites
1 C. dried bread crumbs

Directions:

Cook first 8 ingredients until tender crisp.
Combine everything.
Pack in greased loaf pan.
Bake for 40-45 mintues at 375 degrees.
