1-1/2 C. oatmeal
1-1/4 C. whole wheat pastry flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 C. unsweetened applesauce
1/2 C. milk
1/2 C. packed brown sugar
3 T. canola oil
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Line 12 muffin cups.
Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
Beat egg and combine with remaining ingredients.
Add to dry ingredients and mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fill muffin cups.
Bake 20-22 minutes.
