6 chicken breast halves or thighs, skinned
1/4 C. butter, melted
1 6-oz. can frozen orange juice, thawed
1/4 C. honey
13/4 C. fine bread crumbs
1/2 C. flour
1 T. paprika
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brush chicken pieces with melted butter.
Combine orange juice and honey in shallow dish.
Combine dry ingredients in another shallow dish.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease shallow baking pan.
Roll chicken in honey mixture, thenin bread crumb mix.
'Place in pan and drizzle any remaining butter or honey mixture over chicken.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes, or just until tender and juices run clear.
