1 pre-made piecrust
1 jar raspberry jam
Jiffy white cake mix

Frosting
2-2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 cup Crisco
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease cookie sheet. Cover with piecrust and bake lightly at 400º for 5-10 minutes. Cover crust with raspberry jam. Make a Jiffy white cake mix and spread over jam. Bake until done. Mix all frosting ingredients in bowl.

Cool and then frost. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
