5 to 7 lb brisket - trimmed
3 tbsp liquid smoke
3 tbsp worchestershire sauce
garlic powder
onion powder
celery salt
1 can beef broth
1 bottle barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
At least 24 hours before cooking, line a cake pan with enough foil to wrap the brisket in. place the brisket on the foil fat side up and add liquid smoke and worchestershire sauce. Generously sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder and celery salt. Seal foil around brisket and put in the fridge to marinate.
Place brisket fat side up in the crockpot and add all marinade juices. Pour in can of beef broth and 2 cups water.
Turn crockpot on high and cook for at least 8 hours.
Remove from cockpot and trim off remaining fat and slice across grain in 1 inch thick slices while hot (this will allow the beef to shred and fall apart),
Drain liquid from crockpot and then return meat and turn on low. Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup bbq sauce and 1/2 cup water. Stir and let heat through.
Serve on buns.
