1 pkg clear gelatin
1/3 c cold water
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c milk
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg whites, beaten
1 c cream, whipped

Crust
3 tbsp butter
12 graham crackers, crushed and rolled fine
3 tbsp sugar

Directions:
Soak gelatin in cold water. Set aside. Mix sugar, milk and egg yolks. Be sure and mix well. Boil in double boiler for approximately 1 minute or until coats a spoon. Do not overcook. Combine mixture with gelatin and add vanilla. When it begins to thicken (set in refrigerator to set) fold in egg whites and whipped cream. Cool completely. Pour in cracker crumb pie shell.
For crust, mix together all ingredients and line pan with 1/2 of cracker crumbs. Use remaining cracker crumbs on top of pie.
