Combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl and set aside. Combine mix, eggs and oil in bowl. Stir until well blended. Shape in 1 inch balls and roll in cinnamon/sugar mix. Flatten with bottom of glass. Bake 350 for 8-9 minutes.
