Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c. sugar
½ c. cocoa powder
½ c. (1 stick) margarine
½ c. milk
½ c. peanut butter
3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
Optional: 1 c. whole peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cocoa, margarine, and milk in a saucepan. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until well-blended. Add oatmeal (cup at a time) and nuts. Stir quickly between each cup, but just enough to mix well. (Don’t want it to cool off in the pan.) Drop by heaping spoonfuls (or whatever size you want) onto wax paper to cool. Be sure the surface below the wax paper can handle the wax and heat. If it hardens too fast, add a little hot water and stir. Delicious. Can make about 4 dozen depending on the size you make.
