2 med. sweet red peppers, julliened
2 med green peppers, julliened
2 med zucchini, julliened
4 med carrots, julliened
1 tbsp olive oil
4 c thin sliced red cabbage
1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper
4 tsp cider or white vinegar
1/4 c water
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Saute peppers, zuccini and carrots in oil for 5 min. Add cabbage, salt and pepper; saute 1 min more. Combine vinegar and water and pour over veg. Saute 3 min more. Sprinkle with seeds and cook and stir for 1 min and serve
