1/4 C. dry bread crumbs
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1 T. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
3 chicken breasts, split and skinned
3 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 9x11x2" baking pan.
Combine first 6 ingredients in shallow dish.
Dip each piece of chicken in crumb mixture coating both sides.
Melt butter in baking dish in oven.
Add chicken, turning to coat botrh sides with butter.
Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes, or just until tender.
