4-5 lbs of country style boneless pork spareribs
1-2 bottles of barbeque sauce (I like KC Masterpiece best)
salt and pepper to taste

In a 12 or 14 inch Dutch oven brown spareribs well with a little oil. Salt and pepper as they brown. Add barbecue sauce, just enough to coat all sides of spareribs. Cook for 2 to 3 hours at 325º. Check two or three times for doneness. They will fall apart when they are done.
