1 box graham cracker crust
3 8-oz cream cheese, softened
1 can Eagle brand milk
1/2 c - 1 c lemon juice or about 1/2 lemon juice and 1 small can frozen lemonade
1 tsp grated lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
Make graham cracker crust (following recipe on box). Mix all other ingredients, except lemon zest, and pour over crust. Sprinkle zest on top and chill at least 2 hours before serving.

This pie is very tart. If you like it more sweet, use less lemon juice.
