4 eggs beaten
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup self-rising flour
2 cups sweet milk
1/2 stick melted margarine
1 7oz can Angel Flake coconut
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp lemon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients into blender. Blend until mixed. Pour into a Pyrex greased baking dish. Bake about 25 minutes at 350º or until knife comes out clean when inserted in middle.
