1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1-1/4 cups flour
1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1-1/4 cups candy-coated peanut butter candies
Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, beat sugar and butter with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Beat in peanut butter, vanilla and egg. Stir in flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Stir in candies. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350ºF for 8-12 minutes or until edges are set (center will be soft). Cool 1 minute, remove from sheets.
