3 Onions
1/2 Cup Mushrooms
2 1/2 # Red Snapper
1 8 OZ. Can Tomatoes Whole
1 Tsp. of Thyme
1/2 Tsp. Hot Pepper Crushed
1 8 Oz. Chili Sauce
4 Baking Potatoes cooked and mashed.

Directions:
Directions:
In Casserole Dish layer slice onions on bottom,, add mushrooms-place pieces of fish oer onions and mushrooms. Mix tomatoes, thyme , crushed pepers and chili sauce and pour over fish, onions and mushrooms. Bake @ 300 degress for 20 minutes or until fish is flakey. Spread mashed potatoes over dish and bake for 10-15 mins. or until potates are golden brown.
