1 c. olive oil
1/3 c. distilled white vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 (3 ounce) package chicken flavored ramen noodles, broken, seasoning packet reserved
1 1/2 to 2 heads fresh broccoli, diced
2 carrots, grated
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 cup sunflower seeds


Directions:

In a small bowl combine oil, vinegar, sugar and the seasoning packet from the ramen noodles. Mix very well with wire whisk and refrigerate at least one hour before serving, or overnight. In a large bowl combine broccoli, carrots, green onions and sunflower seeds. Add ramen noodles and stir in. Pour dressing over salad about 10 minutes before serving.
