12 oz. package dry rotini pasta
1/2 c. bottled balsamic vinaigrette
1 15 oz. can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1 c. coarsely chopped Greek black olives (pits removed)
1 lb. roma tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. seasoned fine dry bread crumbs
1 8 oz. carton plain low-fat yogurt
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 3 quart rectangular baking dish. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. In a very large bowl toss the pasta and vinaigrette together. Stir in the beans, feta cheese, olives and tomatoes. Sprinkle 1/4 c. of the bread crumbs on the bottom of the greased baking dish. Spoon pasta mixture into dish. In a medium bowl stir together the yogurt, milk, parmesan cheese, and flour until smooth. Pour evenly over pasta mixture. Sprinkle top with the remaining 1/4 c. bread crumbs. Bake, covered, for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes, until heated through and lightly browned on top. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
