5 lb sugar
2 c vinegar
1/4 c liquid smoke
1/2 c Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c salt
2 tsp pepper
2 c pineapple juice
2 c hoisin sauce
1 c BBQ spice

Mix and simmer one hour It's great on pork, beef or chicken.
