1 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3 T. shortening
1/3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix all ingredients together. Roll out dough on floured board and cut with cutter. Bake on greased cookie sheets for 20 minutes. (I rarely bake for the entire 20 minutes.)
