3 cups diced rhubarb
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
3 tablespoons flour
1 unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Mix sugar, flour, salt and eggs in a bowl. Add diced rhubarb and stir. Fill unbaked pie crust and cover with Heavenly Crumble Topping. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350º and bake for 30-45 minutes until done.
