1 c. catsup
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 t. sugar
1 t. chili powder
1 1/2 c. water
1 t. celery salt
1/2 t. garlic salt or 1 clove garlic
3 bay leaves
4 T. butter
4 T. Worcestershire
1 t. paprika
dash black pepper

Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil.
Simmer about 15 minute. Remove from heat.
