4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter( real)
2 sticks margarine
1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Cream butter and margarine. Add sugar gradually and continue to beat until light. Add well beaten eggs. Combine dry ingredients and dreamed mixture; blend thoroughly. Shape into a rolls. Wrap in waxed paper and freeze overnight. When you are ready to bake, cut the rolls into thin slices and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400º for 5 to 8 minutes..
OPTIONAL: You can add nuts or chocolate chips...or butterscotch chips
