2 (9 inch) graham cracker crust pie shells
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese softened to room temp
1 (14 oz) Eagle Brand milk
6 oz cool whip
1/4 cup butter
7 oz flakes coconut
1 cup pecans
1 (12 oz) jar of caramel ice cream topping

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a skillet and add coconut and pecans. Cook until coconut is toasted, and let cool.
Mix Eagle brand milk and cream cheese until smooth.
Fold whipped topping in milk mixture.
Put layer of cream cheese mixture into pie shell, then drizzle with caramel topping and sprinkle coconut and pecan mixture, repeat, ending with coconut and pecans on top.
Place the pies in the freezer and freeze solid.
Remove from freezer and slice.
Let stand for a few moments before serving.
Makes 14-18 servings.
You can use any flavor ice cream topping!
